2 small flour tortillas
½ ripe Bartlett or Anjou pear, sliced thin
2oz Brie cheese, sliced thin
1 generous Tbsp A Perfect Pear Pepper Jelly
A quick snack even the kids will love.
Assemble in the following order:
1 Flour Tortilla
Pear slices, spread evenly over tortilla
Brie slices, spread evenly over pear
Top with remaining flour tortilla
Heat griddle or large frying pan over medium high heat until bottom of pan is hot. Place quesadilla in pan/griddle.
Heat for one to two minutes, until the bottom tortilla begins to color. Turn over and cook the remaining side until it begins to color.
Remove from heat, flip over ensuring the brie is on the bottom.
Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut into eight pie-shaped pieces. Serve with Pepper Jelly
