Ingredients
1 Ahi Tuna steak
3 Tbs sesame oil
salt & white pepper
2 Tbs Tomato Pear Chutney
Mache, arugula or field greens
Serve this with a side salad for a healthy dinner.
Rub Ahi with a little sesame oil.
Heat fry pan over high heat. Add sesame oil and Ahi Tuna steak. Sear on both sides for about 2-3 minutes.
Remove and place on a bed of greens and top with Tomato Pear Chutney.
