Simply Perfect Asian Shrimp Salad

1 Cup A Perfect Pear Ginger Pear Salad Dressing (Divided in Half)
1 Pound Cooked Peeled Shrimp
1 Pear, Diced ( Asian or other crisp variety of your choice).
1 Small Head Napa Cabbage, torn into bite sized pieces
2 Medium Carrots, shredded
1 Red Pepper, seeded and diced
1 Can Diced Water Chestnuts, drained
˝ Pound Fresh Snow Peas, julienned
1 Teaspoon Salt
˝ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
In a medium bowl, add shrimp, salt and pepper. Toss until shrimp is well-seasoned. Add the pear, carrots, red pepper, water chestnuts and snow peas. Mix thoroughly. Add half of A Perfect Pear Ginger Pear Salad Dressing, and toss to coat. In a large bowl, toss the cabbage and the other half of A Perfect Pear Ginger Pear Salad Dressing until well coated. To serve, divide cabbage between four plates. Top with one quarter of the shrimp and vegetable mixture.
Serves four as a light entree
