Ingredients
1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
½ cup Pear Chipotle Grill Sauce
½ cup diced red pepper
Salt and pepper
In a large pot, boil water. Add asparagus and cook until tender. Remove and drain off water.
Sauté asparagus, red bell pepper and Pear Chipotle Grill Sauce in a skillet just to coat.
Season with salt and pepper. Place on a serving plate and top with pan sauce.
